One of the main activities of ITD is the production of different moulds (blow and injection moulds, vakuum moulds, active parts and optional equipment). The company has engineering department, consisting of highly skilled professionals focused on the development and design of tooling , so as to satisfy all customer requirements. To design the desired 3D models are used CAD / CAM systems of the highest class. Following its investment program ITD continuously expand and update its machinery and equipment. The high quality of products is guaranteed by the professionalism and high technology machineries, produced by main manufacturers - Mazak, Schaoblin, Agie, Deckel Maho Gildemeister, Ixeon, Ingersoll, Mori Seiki, Haas and others.
With the aim of constantly improving the quality of every aspect the company implemented ISO 9001/2008.
The instruments of ITD are validated in the international market because of their high quality and competitive prices. For the past year 45% of the produced moulds have been ordered by foreign clients. The company has sold more than 5000 projects for clients from different countries across Europe, Asia and Africa.
The precision of instruments and the excellent performance of the manufactured packages are also provided by the high quality of materials used in the production of blow and injection moulds.
The company produces more than 30 blow moulds and injection moulds per month. The injection moulds used for the production of closures, handles and other nonstandard plastic products expand the product range of the company.
New promising development for the company is the production of injection moulds for PET preforms from 4.5 to 130 grams.
